Returns Policy

To return an item you must first obtain a Customer Returns Number (CRN). This can be obtained by mailing us at returns@theinkteam.com or calling us on 08442-252020, please note no returns will be accepted without a current CRN.

After obtaining your Returns Number follow the simple steps below.

  1. Return your goods to us at The Ink Team Ltd, The G.O, 1 Willow Cottages, Gay Bowers Road, Danbury, Essex CM3 4JQ. Please ensure that your Returns Number is Visible on the packaging. Please use common sense when packaging cartridges for return through the post. i.e. to prevent the escape of ink.
  2. We will then as quickly as possible verify your return and issue a Credit or re-deliver as required.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our website within seven working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) from the day after delivery of your item(s) for a full refund. (this will not include any upgraded delivery costs).

To cancel, you can email / write to us (see Contact us page for details) or call us on 08442-252020 quoting your order number. Please ship goods back to us using "Recorded Delivery" to ensure their safe arrival. All postage costs are your responsibility. All goods must be unopened and in resalable condition. Once we have received the goods, we will refund your money within 30 days, please confirm if acknowledgement of receipt is required.

N.B. Your printer warranty is unaffected by using compatible or remanufactured cartridges. It is only a way of reducing your running costs and will not affect your consumer rights.
